Hiring the perfect candidate is a time consuming and difficult process. However, having the right employees is critical to the success of any company or organization. Our Heroes have many talents, so we offer recruiting assistance in a variety of industries. At Recruiting Heroes, we take the trust our clients have placed in us very seriously. A perfect candidate doesn’t simply meet the basic requirements, they must be the RIGHT fit for YOUR team.
We take the time to learn about you, your company’s culture, and your exact requirements for every position. At the initial Mission Meeting we like to hear from you about your needs and expectations. Our professional staff will then present our Operations Plan for finding your perfect Hero.
Recruiting Heroes will use a variety of recruiting strategies, database searches, job boards, and other means for finding your Hero. We utilize social media and our Applicant Tracking System to find active and passive candidates for your roles. Our recruiters conduct intensive screenings, interviews, and reference checks to ensure every candidate meets our high standards. Throughout the Mission, we will provide you with updates to ensure you are a part of the process.
We will present your team with a Hero Profile for the candidates that match your requirements. This will include their resume, educational experience, work experience, honors and awards, and other areas of note. Recruiting Heroes works to present several Hero Profiles for each of your positions. We will then work with your team to schedule interviews between them and the Hero.
Congratulations, you have found the perfect Hero! However, our work is far from done. Recruiting Heroes will work closely with your team and your Hero to finalize the hiring process including contract signing, onboarding documents, background and drug checks, relocation assistance, etc.
Studies show that the first 30-60 days of employment are the most important for long-term success. Our team will have regular check-ins with you and your Hero to ensure everything is going well and to help where we can.

For your most critical and difficult recruiting efforts we recommend the Hero Retainer structure. Here your company and Recruiting Heroes will form an exclusive partnership with a contract for services and the highest level of mutual commitment to finding your perfect Hero.

For your most critical and difficult recruiting efforts we recommend the Hero Retainer structure. Here your company and Recruiting Heroes will form an exclusive partnership with a contract for services and the highest level of mutual commitment to finding your perfect Hero.
This structure requires 1/3 of the fee (based on the Hero's first-year compensation) at the start of the recruiting Mission. Upon being presented with the Hero Profiles, the client agrees to pay the next 1/3 installment. Finally, once a Hero has been successful placed, the client will pay the final 1/3 installment within one month of the candidate's start date. The total service charge for the Hero Retainer structure is 12% of the candidate's first year's compensation.
The Exclusive Hero Contingency is our most popular fee structure as it is a perfect combination of the Hero Retainer and the Hero Contingency structures. We highly recommend this structure to any company that prefers a contractual and fully engaged search commitment, but do not want to commit to the full Hero Retainer search fee structure

In the Exclusive Hero Contingency structure, the client pays an initial fee of $3,000 to start the recruiting Mission. The remaining balance of the fee becomes due within the first month of a Hero's start date. The total service charge for the Exclusive Hero Contingency structure is 14% of the candidate's first year's compensation.
In the Hero Contingency structure there are no fees until you have hired a Hero. The Hero Contingency is typically best suited for entry to mid-level positions for which you do not require a single staffing agency to find a candidate on your behalf.
