From entry to executive level positions, our professional recruiters will source, screen, and interview dozens of candidates until we find the perfect Hero to join your team. We offer a variety of different free structures to fit your needs:
1. Contingency: No fee until candidate is hired. 18% fee based on first year's salary.
2. Exclusive Hero Contingency: $3,000 fee paid at start of search. Remainder upon hiring candidate. 16% fee based on first year's salary.
3. Hero Retainer: 1/3 of the placement fee due upon start of the search with remainder paid upon the hiring of the candidate. 14% fee based on first year's salary.

2. Exclusive Hero Posting: All the benefits of the Basic Hero Posting + one social media post on each of our platforms advertising the opening + our recruiters will screen candidate resumes and only send candidates who meet your basic requirements. $100 per posting per month.
3. Superior Hero Posting: All the benefits of the Exclusive Hero Posting + guaranteed top 20 job posting slot on our website, weekly social media posts on our website + our recruiters will contact candidates to confirm they meet all minimum qualifications prior to forwarding resumes to your team. $150 per posting per month.

At Recruiting Heroes, we take the trust our clients have placed in us very seriously and we work tirelessly to meet their recruiting and hiring needs. A perfect candidate doesn’t simply meet the basic requirements, they must be the RIGHT fit for YOUR team.
Mission Meeting
We take the time to learn about you, your company’s culture, and your recruiting and hiring needs. At the initial Mission Meeting we like to hear from you about your needs and expectations. Our professional staff will then present our Operations Plan for finding your perfect Hero.
Mission Execution
Recruiting Heroes will use a variety of recruiting strategies, database searches, job boards, and other means for finding your Hero. We utilize social media and our Applicant Tracking System to find active and passive candidates for your roles. Our recruiters conduct intensive screenings, interviews, and reference checks to ensure every candidate meets our high standards. Throughout the Mission, we will provide you with updates to ensure you are a part of the process.
Presenting our Heroes
We will present your team with a Hero Profile for the candidates that match your requirements. This will include their resume, educational experience, work experience, honors and awards, and other areas of note. Recruiting Heroes works to present several Hero Profiles for each of your positions. We will then work with your team to schedule interviews between them and the Hero.
